Take Action: Add Your Name in Support of Planning First
St. Petersburg is making a once-in-a-generation decision about 86 acres of publicly owned land at the heart of the city.
Many people privately agree the City should plan this site first, but private agreement doesn’t count. If residents don’t add their names, City Council has no way of knowing where the public stands—and decisions will be made without that visibility.
Please Sign on to the Letter
The sign-on letter expresses support for the City Council resolution calling for a pause in moving forward on redevelopment proposals until a comprehensive planning framework for the Historic Gas Plant District is completed.
Even if you have already sent a letter or contacted City Council, please consider adding your name.
